Welcome to Tales from the Crib

Hi Everyone. I am Daddy Diaz and this is my first attempt to blog. I have to say that I am not a good blogger (never tried writing in a journal or diary), I am more of a personal, face to face, story teller kind of guy so please bear with me.

I am married to my beautiful and loving wife, Rachel with 2 kids and owner of 4 lovable dogs. We love to travel, eat, and watch movies. So you'll see a lot of it here in our my blog.

Why "Tales from the Crib"?

Since my 2nd child was born, I decided to quit my day job and work as a independent consultant and joined my wife in accepting online jobs to personally look after our kids and be there when they need you the most. I think it was the best decision I have ever made because seeing your kids grow and being there when they say there first word or take care of them when they are in pain because of her first tooth is priceless. I learned to balance my time being the father and being the bread winner of the family. So most of the stories I will be sharing are true stories from the four corners of my kid's crib, our crib, our home.
